Featuring Tuuli Massignan, Licensed Acupuncturist doing a talk on seasonal changes in the body as we move into Fall & Winter. Learn more from a Chinese Medicine perspective about how our bodies change in the cooler months and what we need to stay balanced!

April Petasek, Licensed Massage Therapist & sound healer from Living Gaia Connections will follow and led us through a healing sound bath with her Alchemy crystal singing bowls. Learn about the benefits of sound healing and experience a group session.
Please bring a yoga mat and a small pillow for the sound healing portion. Participants have choice to sit on a chair or lay on the ground on a yoga mat for the sound bath portion.

SPRING RENEWAL
On Sunday, April 19th 2026 from 3:30pm-5:00pm Tuuli Massignan, licensed acupuncturist is hosting a Spring Renewal talk in our larger suite. It will be her and massage sound therapist (Melissa Proski). She will be giving a talk on changes in the body in spring from a Chinese medicine point of view. Then Melissa will lead a sound healing with Peter Hess bowls.
•Participants have the choice to sit in a chair or use a yoga mat.
