Same day appointments
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
Starting 5/1/2022 all masks or face coverings will be optional. Please consider wearing a mask or face covering in the building and during the massage session if you have recently traveled internationally or have a lingering cold/cough. If ill, or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please reach out to reschedule.
•All clients wait in their vehicle instead of the waiting area. Your therapist will text, call or meet you at the entryway when the treatment room is ready.
•Hand sanitizer is available in multiple areas throughout the clinic.
•Between each client there will be a 30-45 minute block and during that time the treatment room is thoroughly cleaned.
•Major touch points (door handles, counters, pens, tablets, etc) throughout the clinic are sanitized after each client.
•If you’ve been experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness please reach out to reschedule. Maintaining a healthy a environment at the clinic is a top priority.
FOR THOSE RETURNING POST COVID-19:
•Mild and moderate case-Individual can resume services after 5-7 days.
•Severe/critical case- please seek a DR’s approval before resuming massage therapy if you were hospitalized for Covid-19. Some individuals will have long lasting effects with certain body systems. There can be contraindications and massage is not always advised. A simple call or email to your DR or DR’s office to check.
